Terms of Sale

The property in an item purchased shall not pass to the buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AU$). Overseas and new clients will recieve a numbered pro-forma invoice detailing costs of shipping and handling upon request.

Prices other than those quoted in a pro-forma invoice do not include freight/postal charges. Freight and insurance (where applicable) will be charged at cost. Insurance/certified mail will be automatically carried out on any item(s) totalling or exceeding AU$150 unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Charge accounts can be opened for corporate and institutional customers. Payment is required within 30 days of invoice date. A hard copy is required of all orders - please mail or fax order/confirmation so items can be charged and dispatched.
As a service to established clients only, we are pleased to accept personal cheques made out in AU$ to 'Eureka Australiana Books'. Books will be placed on Special Reserve from time of order until the cheques are cleared.

Orders are handled strictly in order of reciept. A short fax or email may prevent disappointment, especially for mail order clients. Interstate and overseas clients are urged to note the time difference. Our timezone is +8 hours from Grenwich Meantime.

Guarantee

All items are considered to be accurately described, but if you feel any misinterpretation has been made - it can be returned if we are notified within 5 days of reciept. A full credit or refund will be made for the item(s) except postal/freight charges which will be paid by the buyer both ways.
